PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 389 Spruce Street, Morgantown, West Virginia, for the purpose of hearing proponents and/or opponents to the following Ordinances that is pending before them:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FY 2016-2017 ANNUAL BUDGET OF THE CITY OF MORGANTOWN AS SHOWN IN THE REVISED BUDGET ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART OF THIS ORDINANCE AS THE SAME APPLIES TO THE GENERAL FUND.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 521.07 AND 521.09 TO PERMIT ALCOHOL SALES FOR ON-PREMISES CONSUMPTION BEGINNING AT TEN O’CLOCK IN THE MORNING ON SUNDAYS.
The above entitled Ordinances are expected to be adopted following the Public Hearing. Copies are available in the City Clerk’s Office, 389 Spruce Street, Morgantown, West Virginia.
