NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Ronceverte City Council will conduct a public hearing (and second reading) on Monday, August 1, 2016 at 7:00 PM at the Ronceverte City Hall, 182 Main Street W, Ronceverte, West Virginia, to consider an amendment to Section 5C-1-2, Building Codes Ad-opted, Chapter 11, Article 3 of the City Code of Ronceverte, to include the state mandated building codes WV Code §29-3-5b et seq., and the WV State Fire Commission Legislative Rule §87-7-1 et seq.
Interested parties may comment at such time and written comments are also welcome in advance directed to the City of Ronceverte, City Administrator, PO Box 417, Ronceverte, WV 24970.
The proposed amendment of the Building Code may be viewed in advance of the Public Hearing at Ronceverte City Hall.
The Council may consider adoption of the proposed amendment following the hearing and second reading.
