Invitation to Bid
The Marion County Board of Education is now accepting sealed bids for custodial Supplies for the school year 2016 – 2017. The package may be picked up at the Maintenance Department Office located at 28 Twelfth Street, Fairmont, WV. between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00p.m. Monday through Thursday. Marion County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids, wither in part or its entirety. Questions on specifications may be directed to Brad Straight, Supervisor of Maintenance, at the above address or by calling 304-367-2160. Bids are due June 14, 2016, no later than 1:00p.m. and mailed to Marion County Board of Education, Gary L. Price, Superintendent, 200 Gaston Ave., Fairmont, WV 26554. Mark enveloped “ Custodial Supply Bids.” Bid opening and review will be 2:00p.m. at the maintenance Office. No Late bids will be accepted
