Notice is hereby given that on the 13th day of June, 2016 at 2:30 o’clock p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Erica Garrett will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s child’s name from Jimmie Michael Garrett to Michael Jimmie Garrett at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
