NOTICE TO BIDDERS
SEALED PROPOSALS for the "Install Taxiway Lighting" project for the Morgantown Municipal Airport, will be received by the City of Morgantown Finance Dept., Bid Number 2016-07, located at City Hall, 389 Spruce Street, Morgantown, WV 26505, until 2:00 P.M. Prevailing Time on Wednesday, June 22, 2016. The proposals will then be publicly opened and read aloud in the City Attorney Conference Room on the Second Floor of City Hall (late proposals will not be accepted).
All proposals must be submitted as ONE ORIGINAL & ONE COPY according to the request for proposals and upon a uniform proposal blank. Bid documents may be obtained from Michael Baker International, Airside Business Park, 100 Airside Drive, Moon Township, PA 15108. Documents will be distributed as PDF files on compact disk. A non-refundable fee of $25.00 will be charged for the documents with all checks made payable to Michael Baker International. Bidders may fax their written request to Baker Aviation Services, at 412-375-3993 or call Lisa Dillow at 412-375-3109.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Morgantown Municipal Airport, Airport Management Building in the ARFF Training Room at 1:00 pm on Monday, June 6, 2016.
Proposal must be accompanied by cash, certified check, cashier’s check, bank good faith check, or other irrevocable letter of credit or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount of proposal and made payable to the order of the City of Morgantown. Only the Bid Securities listed will be accepted.
The City of Morgantown reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals.
