The WV School of Osteopathic Medicine Board of Governors and WVSOM will conduct a public sale of a 0.247 acre land track more or less. The subject can be viewed beginning at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, May 24th and each day from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. through Tuesday, June 7th (work days only). Please contact Ernest Piercy at (304) 647-6212 for an appointment to view the property.  Prospective bidders must complete a BID SHEET which can be obtained at the time of the viewing of the subject property. Written bids will be accepted until 10:00 on Wednesday, June 8th in the Purchasing Office, Room A-221, marked Att:  Debbie Pope.  Bids will be tabulated and award will be made to the highest bidder.  The successful bidder will be contacted and payment must be made by 4:00 p.m. on June 22rd.
The subject is located fronting along US Rt 219 or also known as Jefferson Street or Seneca Trail, within the corporate limits of the City of Lewisburg, Greenbrier County, West Virginia. The subject has 57.54 foot frontage along US Rt 218, extending back 212.11 on the right side, 43.88 along the rear section and 246.27 feet along the left property boundary. The subject is zones R-1, has been surveyed and has public water and sewer available, along with other amenities such as natural gas, cable T.V., etc.
