REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS PLANNING SERVICES FOR THE CENTRAL WEST VIRGINIA ATV TRAIL SYSTEM This project will lead to the development of a multi-county All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) trail system in central West Virginia located in Fayette, Nicholas, Webster, Clay and Braxton counties. Consultant services are required to identify the location of all trails; estimate costs for construction of all trails as well as necessary infrastructure and amenities; and develop an operating pro forma for the system.
