NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
FOR ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES
Pursuant to West Virginia Code Œ5-G-1-3, the City Of Parkersburg is seeking expressions of interest from qualified architectural/engineering firms for professional services for the complete design and construction of a Firehouse Building. Services may include, but are not limited to, site selection and development, design, construction drawings, specifications, bidding and construction administration.
Firms interested in being considered for this project, must submit an original and five (5) copies of their proposal containing at a minimum:
1) Letter of Interest:
2) Statement of Qualifications;
3) Technical experience;
4) Expertise of staff or team;
5) Persons who will be in charge of the project; and
6) Previous professional experience.
Statement of Qualifications must demonstrate experience with similar projects and at a minimum include at least three (3) references for projects completed within the past two (2) years. Resumes of key project personnel must include professional licensing along with their personal role in referenced projects. Please submit five (5) copies.

Qualification Packages shall be delivered no later than 10:00am on November 9, 2016 in order to receive consideration. Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered.
The object of this competitive process is to select the firm that will provide and bring the highest quality of service and experience to the project. Accordingly, technical qualifications, location of the firm and experience will be weighed heavily. Based on evaluation of the proposals, firms may be invited to submit additional information and be interviewed. The firm judged most qualified will be asked to prepare a proposal including fixed fees for said services. The City of Parkersburg reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
