NOTICE OF BID
Greenbrier County Landfill will accept bid proposals to supply and install (1) one new Scale House.
Scale House:
Supply all materials and labor required to build from the foundation up, a 8’X14′ cinder block scale house in the area between the existing scale and the proposed new scale. Scale house will have a metal door with half glass and panic hardware, three insulated and tinted windows, two 8’X3’6″ and one 4’X3’6″. Two push pull (drive thru bank style) drawers. The building will have either a metal or shingle roof, spray foam in the blocks and fiberglass insulation in the ceiling, all block wall inside and out will be painted, HVAC unit (heat and cool) electrical service, distribution panel and GFI receptacles and florescent lighting, the inside of the scale house will be finished with cabinets and counter tops. Bid must include installing (4) four bollards, (2) at each end for building protection.
Bids will be accepted until November 4, 2016 at 9:00 AM.
