The object of this suit is to obtain Custody.

It appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that John Booker Lafferty IV is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address. It is hereby ordered that John Booker Lafferty IV serve upon Donna S. Johnson, Petitioner, whose address is P.O. Drawer 751, Lewisburg, West Virginia, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Custody filed in this action within one month after the first publication date thereof. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Custody a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s Office.
