To The Above Named Defendant:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Jordan Mocaby has been unable to be located by Rebekah James and that she has used due diligence to determine the address. Therefore, Jordan Mocaby shall serve upon Rebekah James, plaintiff, 500 Walnut Hill Road, Dilliner, PA 15327, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense he may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before February 1, 2021. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
