Dawn Reynolds do serve upon Richard Stephens, magistrate, whose address is 380 W. South St.,
Martinsburg, WV 25401, an answer or other
defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before February 3, 2021,
otherwise judgment by
default will be taken against Dawn Reynolds
at any time thereafter.
