You will take notice that Seveer Investments,. the purchaser of the following real estate, Certification No.: 246306, located in FAIRMONT – FAIRMONT CORP BLK K LT 15 & PT LT 16 CHEW ST, which was returned deliquent or nonentered in the name of PILL EDWIN & BARBARA (2013) DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST (2014) CB INVESTMENTS LLC (2015), and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of Marion County at the sale for delinquent taxes on 06/29/2016. Seveer Investments requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 10/24/16, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
