The purpose of this proceeding is to modify a Final Order entered on October 23, 2012, regarding the allocation of custodial responsibility of the minor children of the parties. An Affidavit having been filed by the Petitioner setting forth that the Respondent has not provided the Petitioner an address upon which he may obtain service of process upon the Respondent, and that her whereabouts are unknown to him, LORA S. GRIFFIN, is hereby given notice that SKYLAR W. BLAND has filed a Petition for Modification in the Family Court of Wood County, West Virginia in the above styled civil action.
You are hereby given Notice that an Answer to said Petition for Modification must be filed on or before November 4, 2016, or judgment by default may be taken against you. A copy of said Answer must be served upon Petitionerás Attorney, C. Blaine Myers, 201 Third Street, P.O. Box 287, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26102-0287.
You are further hereby given notice that a hearing will be held upon the Petition for Modification before the Honorable C. Darren Tallman, Family Court Judge, at his office located at 315 Market Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia, on November 18, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. at which time you may be present and heard if you so desire.
A copy of said Petition for Modification may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office in the Wood County Judicial Annex, One Government Square, Parkersburg, West Virginia, or from the office of the Petitionerás Counsel at the address referenced above.
