DOB 06-21-2010, who is in the temporary physical and legal custody of the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources.
It appearing that the last known whereabouts of Deborah Kolbe is in the Rainelle, West Virginia area, this NOTICE is published to inform Deborah Kolbe that she is ORDERED to appear in the Office of the Honorable Jennifer P. Dent, Judge of the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County, 200 North Court Street, Lewisburg, West Virginia 24901, on Monday, October 17, 2016 at 1:00 PM., of that day and object, or make other defense, to the proceedings.
