NOTICE
NOTICE OF PROPOSED ADOPTION OF THE INTERNATIONAL SWIMMING POOL AND SPA CODE, 2015 EDITION, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF WEST VIRGINIA CODE AND CURRENT WEST VIRGINIA LEGISLATIVE RULE.
At its regular meeting October 4, 2016, at 12:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV, the Council of the City of Wheeling will consider for adoption an ordinance for the following provisions of the WV State Building Code:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEELING AMENDING AND REENACTING ARTICLE 1761 SWIMMING POOLS, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES, AND ADOPTING AND INCORPORATING THAT PART OF THE STATE BUILDING CODE ENTITLED INTERNATIONAL SWIMMING POOL AND SPA CODE, 2015.
Interested parties may appear at the October 4, 2016 City Council meeting at 12:00 p.m. and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinances.
A copy of the proposed ordinance, and the subject code, may be inspected by the public at the Office of the City Clerk and the Building Code Enforcement Department, Room 303 and 308, City-County Building, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV.
