It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Aazzee Jacob-Joseph Breaux has been unable to be located by Tracy Lea Breaux and that he has used due diligence to determine the address. Therefore, Aazzee Jacob-Joseph Breaux shall serve upon Tracy Lea Breaux, 1 Market Street, Grafton, WV 26501, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense she may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before October 31, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
