ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of the above-styled action is a Complaint to Subject Real Estate of Pauline Ruth Martin, Deceased, to payment of Debts and Administrative Expenses of Her Estate ("Complaint") filed by the Plaintiff, Robert W. Eddy, in his capacity as Administrator of the Estate of Pauline Ruth Martin, deceased, and requesting the Court to enter an Order permitting the sale of a certain parcels of real estate located in Monongalia County, West Virginia, owned by Pauline Ruth Martin on the date of her death, and to ascertain the heirs of this estate. The Plaintiffs counsel has provided an affidavit showing that the Defendant Annette Marie Sabatos is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia who has an interest in the subject matter of this action.
The name and address of the Plaintiffs attorney is Phillip M. Magro, 204 High Street, Suite 206, Morgantown, WV 26505. A copy of the Complaint may be obtained in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Monongalia County, West Virginia.
Each unknown defendant must appear in the action on or before 30 days from the first publication of this ad or he or she may be barred from asserting any claim to the subject matter of this cause of action.
This Order will be published once a week for two successive weeks in The Dominion Post, a newspaper of general circulation in. Monongalia County, West Virginia.
