APPLICATION FOR
NATURAL GAS
HORIZONTAL WELL DRILLING PERMIT,
pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 22-6A-10(e).
EQT Production Company 115 Professional Place PO Box 280 Bridgeport WV 26330, is applying for permits for natural gas horizontal wells:
WELL # 516736, located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 565486.73 UTM- NAD 83 Northing 4379358.45;
WELL # 516737, located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 565482.78 UTM NAD 83 Northing 4379360.75;
All wells in Bethel Run WATERSHED, Grant Town QUADRANGLE, Lincoln DISTRICT, Marion COUNTY, WV which disturbs three acres or more of surface excluding pipelines, gathering lines and roads or utilizes more than two hundred ten thousand gallons of water in any thirty-day period.

Full copies or scans of the proposed permit application will cost $15.00, whether mailed or obtained at DEP headquarters.
