Public Hearing Notice
The Shepherdstown Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Monday, September 19, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. at the Shepherdstown Town Hall. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive comments on the development plan phase for Shepherdstown East Development LLC, Project Title: “Shepherd Village Ridge” (a 19.1 acre parcel fronting on the south side of E.
