Bid specifications can be picked up at the Hatfield McCoy Regional Recreation Authority Office located at 179 Rita Mall Road in Lyburn, West Virginia or via email request to Shannon Orso at sorso@trailsheaven.com. Sealed bids will be accepted by the Authority until 11 AM on Thursday August 25th, 2016. Bids will be opened on Thursday August 25th at Noon at the Hatfield McCoy Trails Administrative Office located at 179 Rita Mall Road, Lyburn West Virginia.
